Mary C. Lambord Cape Cod Sandwich, MA 1819 Mary Christie Lambord worked this charming little needlework sampler at aged 9 in 1819. Mary was born August 21, 1810 to Benjamin Lambord and Polly (?) of Sandwich, MA which is located at the north west end of Cape Cod about 25 miles south of Plymouth, MA. In Wellfleet, MA (near the eastern tip of Cape Cod), in 1830, she married William P. Myrick. Silk on linen; 16 “ x 12 ¼” sight.
