Martha Sharp Memorial to her sister Mary Ann England c.1832 This beautiful colorful memorial was worked by Martha Sharp to honor her sister Mary Ann Noster Sharp who died October 22, 1832. At the top it is inscribed Forget Me Not, below that, is a sweet verse. Weep not for her she asks no tears Her eyes have ceased their weeping Her cares are past - and vanished her fears The fruits of free grace she's reaping The center image is a fenced monument under a large weeping willow tree that is framed with a beautifully designed flowering border.
