In Memory of/ Mrs. Sarah Greenleaf/ ob May 14 1808 Aged 28/ Weep not ye dear surviveing/ Friends/ For all her pains and forrows ends/ She foars where joys celestial are/ To reap an endlefs harveft there/ done be Adeline A. Greenleaf at/ Miss Fields School AE 11/ Boston

Although Adeline is yet to be identified, she is most likely the girl on the far right. It was common to picture the family dressed in black mourning at the monument in memorial pictures. Miss Field's was teaching the use of 'f' to replace 's' when 's' was other than the last letter of a word.
