Cute little sampler worked Elizabeth when she was eight years old. It consists of five alphabets, flowering
band designs, and a verse found on other Providence samplers, With Sheba's Queen ye American Fair, To adorn your
mind, bend all your care. It is inscribed at the bottom: Wrought by/ Elizabeth Jones Chace/ in the 8th year
of her age 1816.
